Please ensure that you (the Buyer / Client) read the following Terms & Conditions prior to purchasing any goods or services from Spiritjourneyhealing.com / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment. Only those people over the age of 18 may use our website. Should you be unable to agree with our terms and conditions as detailed, you must cease using our website / services immediately. Proceeding with your purchase will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions at checkout and will be taken as confirmation they have been read in full and agreed to by the Buyer / Client.

 

CHANNELED ENERGY READINGS, HEALING SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS
Channeled Energy readings, Healing sessions and workshops are provided by Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment to bring comfort, joy, insight, and guidance, to assist you on your journey of Spiritual development. Please remember that you (the client) are responsible for your own decisions on your life journey. Timelines & outcomes are ever-changing based on your individual choices due to the natural law of Free Will. You know best what serves YOUR highest good.

Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment takes no responsibility for any personal choices or decisions (incl. medical, legal, or financial) made following your session.

BESPOKE, NATURAL CRYSTAL, ENERGY IMBUED, HEALING JEWELLERY
All Crystals / Stones used in items of jewellery created by Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment are sourced as Natural, High-quality Crystals / Stones.

Natural Crystals / Stones may have inclusions. These are natural characteristics of the Crystals / Stones and do not make them faulty in any way. Just like us they are perfectly imperfect!

Each product listing will include details of materials used in the jewellery piece which we will source directly from our suppliers. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to take note of these materials prior to purchase, regarding any potential allergy to metals / stringing / materials used. We accept no liability for allergic reactions arising from the use of our jewellery, either by Buyers or those they have gifted our products to.

(Please note this jewellery / healing intentions should not be regarded as an alternative to professional medical assessment / treatment. Should you have health concerns, please contact your medical practitioner).

All Crystals / Stones have been photographed to highlight their beauty and provide a representation that is as accurate as possible in relation to colour. Please note that there may be slight colour variations due to settings on viewing devices such as mobile phones/ tablets / computer monitors as used by the Buyer. If you are in any doubt about a particular piece of jewellery, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to assist.

We will always do our utmost to resolve any issues or queries with our Buyers provided we are contacted in the first instance and notified of a problem not less than 14 days after purchase. In the event we are not contacted, we cannot accept any liability for unresolved issues where the opportunity was not given to Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment to act accordingly in the first instance.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available as digital purchases in the following amounts: £20, £30, £50 & £100. Custom amounts are also available on request.

Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on the website www.spiritjourneyhealing.com and may not be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers may be used as full or part payment against purchases of Natural Crystal Healing Jewellery, Channeled Energy Readings and Healing Sessions or Workshops. If used as part payment, the remaining value will be updated to your voucher and a new digital copy with the updated amount will be emailed to the bearer of the voucher. Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase additional Gift Vouchers.

You must enter the Voucher ID number into the Coupon Code box at checkout to apply the value to your order.

Gift Voucher value will only be applied to items / services and is not redeemable against postage costs.

You may choose to send the digital Gift Voucher directly to the recipient, along with a gift message – In this case, please provide the recipient’s email address and gift message as a note with your order upon checkout. If no note or email address for the recipient is supplied, the digital Gift Voucher will be sent to the email of the person who places the order.

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and will expire after this date. It is the responsibility of the Voucher bearer to acknowledge the expiry date detailed on the Gift Voucher, as no prior notice will be given by Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment that a voucher is due to expire.

FREE GIFTS
From time to time, Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment may offer free gifts or promotions with selected purchases. These items are limited to one gift per order and are subject to availability and in some instances, minimum spend amounts. It is the Buyer / Client’s responsibility to ensure that the free gift is suitable for the intended recipient (in case of allergies / sensitivity etc). Item specifics will be provided within the packaging of all free gifts. Should the Buyer / Client have any queries relating to any free gift or promotional item, please contact us prior to making a purchase. Our Standard Terms & Conditions apply.

PAYMENT
Payment is due upon placement of order via Bank Transfer or PayPal payment. No goods shall be dispatched, and no services will be provided until such time as cleared payment is received in full, from the Buyer / Client.

SHIPPING
Orders for Jewellery / physical products will be dispatched twice per week. This is to allow diary space for Channeled Energy Readings & Healing Sessions.

If you require an order for a special occasion and expedited postage is required, please contact us in the first instance and we will be more than happy to check if we are able to accommodate your request, although this is not guaranteed.

We rely heavily on Royal Mail & third-party Couriers to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time, while we can check the status of an order; we will not commit to a specific delivery time on Royal Mail or a third-party Couriers’ behalf. 

Once an order has left our premises, the sole responsibility for the package and its contents lies with the postal / Courier company until such time as the package is received by the Buyer.

We will do all we can to assist when there is an issue with delivery, by checking tracking information and in such instances where the Royal Mail / third-party Courier allotted time for missing items has elapsed, we may send replacements to the Buyer as a gesture of goodwill.

If items are lost during transit – We will follow the process set out by the postal / courier company to seek details and / or compensation. This process can take time, and we kindly request your patience in such instances. Refunds may not be issued until such time as the claim process with the third-party has been concluded.

Please note, delays caused by postal & courier services are beyond our control and are by no means a reflection of the elevated level of customer service we pride ourselves on.

SHIPPING – CUSTOMS
Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment will ensure any necessary paperwork / customs duties required by us as a business to send items will be completed prior to shipping. Please note that Customs charges, duties / taxes & processes for clearing goods in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We encourage you to check prior to purchasing goods from the UK as to the customs clearance responsibilities & processes within your home country.

Should a Buyer not collect / pay for clearance of their goods at the destination within the time specified by your local customs / processing facility, which results in the goods being returned to us – The cost of re-shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. No refunds will be issued for the original shipping costs in such instances.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment takes immense pride in all products and services it provides and works to an extremely high standard of quality and customer care. If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance to enable us to work with you to resolve the matter.

Gift Vouchers
If a refund is issued for products purchased using a Gift Voucher – The refund will be issued via a replacement Gift Voucher. 

Channeled Energy Readings – People
During the first 10 minutes of your session, you will have the opportunity to continue or to end the reading if you feel that you do not resonate with the channeler. If the reading is cancelled within this time, a full refund will be issued. Should you be happy to continue after the 10-minute period, no refunds will be offered beyond this point once the reading has been given. Please note that the Channeler will not be able to advise you on which decisions to make due to the natural law of Free Will – The reading is designed to connect you more deeply to your own inner knowledge and understanding, and to empower you to make the decisions for yourself that will guide you on your journey through this lifetime.

Channeled Energy Readings – Animal Companions
Prior to booking a remote session for your Animal Companion(s).  A FREE 15 minute discovery call will be provided.  This is to enable us to discuss your expectations and understand how a session works, before making a commitment.  If you are happy to proceed following the call, you may follow the usual booking process via the website for your chosen service.

Following the session, a full decorative PDF report, incorporating your Animal Companions photo will be emailed to you.  A 30 minute follow-up call is also provided as part of this session, and may be scheduled up to a week from the date of the reading.  This will enable you to gain further clarification and ask any questions you may have, once you have had time to read through your session PDF report.

No refunds will be offered once the session has taken place and the reading has been given.
In the unlikely event that your Animal Companion does not wish to communicate on the day – this will be respected and the opportunity to re-book or receive a refund will be provided.

Due to the natural law of Free Will – The reading is designed to connect you more deeply to your Animal Companions, and to empower you to make the best decisions for them that will guide you together on your journey through this lifetime.
This reading should not be used as a replacement for medical advice. In the event you have health concerns for your Animal Companion, please seek professional veterinary care where necessary.

Channeled Energy Readings – CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to request a cancellation for your reading – 48 hours’ notice must be given in writing via email to rebekah@spiritjourneyhealing.com.  This is to enable your scheduled appointment time to be made available to other clients. Unfortunately, if notice is not provided 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, refunds will not be issued. EXCEPTION: In the event that your Animal Companion is unwell on the day of their scheduled session, please advise, and the session will be re-scheduled.

Bespoke, Natural Crystal Energy Imbued, Healing Jewellery
All natural, Crystal Jewellery is created with great care and mindfulness. A vast amount of time is spent sourcing high-quality natural Crystals and Stones, along with findings, charms, and other materials to create these bespoke pieces.

All natural, Crystal Jewellery will be imbued with healing energy for the Buyer’s specific requirements or for the Buyer’s highest good where no intention request has been made. (Please note these intentions / Natural Crystal jewellery should not be regarded as an alternative to professional medical assessment / treatment. Should you have health concerns, please contact your medical practitioner).

Care instructions for all jewellery items are on each individual website listing. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper care of their jewellery once in their possession. Damage caused by Buyers due to improper care or use, will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Requests may be opened not more than 30 days from date of sale and must be sent via email to rebekah@spiritjourneyhealing.com. Please provide your Name, Order number and postcode upon contacting us to enable us to locate your order efficiently.

Earrings are excluded from the return policy for hygiene reasons. Custom pieces which cannot be energetically cleansed, re-charged, and re-sold are also excluded. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

Items must be returned unworn and in the new condition they were sold in (Damage suspected to have been caused by the Buyer due to incorrect use / handling will not be considered) Incomplete items (for example part of a set where only part is returned) may be refunded at a lower rate than the original purchase price.

Returns requested for items purchased incorrectly due to Buyer failure to read item listings / specifics / terms in full are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Spirit Journey of Enlightenment / Spirit Journey Healing. Refund amounts will be for that of the item only and does not include original postage cost paid by the Buyer.

Should Buyer wish to return an item – All return postage costs are paid by the Buyer and are non-refundable except in cases where an item may be deemed faulty from the handmade process. Any item returned where full postage has not been applied, and which causes a charge to be incurred by Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment upon receipt will be refunded for the amount, minus the cost of the charge incurred.

Any items returned which were purchased with the offer of a free gift, must include the free gift with the return. Should the gift not be returned with the purchase, Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment reserves the right to deduct the cost of the gift from the total refund amount.

We recommend for Buyer peace of mind and to be able to track the return, that items are sent using a Tracked service. Items not sent via a tracked service are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the Buyer.

We rely heavily on Royal Mail & third-party Couriers for the services they provide and as such, until the item reaches the Buyer / is returned to us, the sole responsibility for the item is with Royal Mail / third party Courier. In such instances that returns are lost in the postal system, we advise Buyers to contact Royal Mail or the third-party Courier directly to make a claim. Refunds in such instances are at the discretion of Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment.

Claims for physical damage to items caused by Royal Mail / third party Couriers which results in the denial of a refund should be taken up with Royal Mail / third party Courier directly by the Buyer. Any lost items which fail to return to Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment may not receive a refund except at the discretion of Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment as a gesture of goodwill.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this Website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this Website. Neither we nor any other party (whether involved in producing, maintaining, or delivering this Website), shall be liable or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of our website. This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect, or consequential loss. Only those people over the age of 18 may use our website. Should you be unable to agree with our terms and conditions as detailed, you must cease using our website / services immediately.

USE OF THIRD PARTY APPS / SOFTWARE
We use third party applications, links, and software to provide our services to you. This includes but is not limited to website hosting, video conferencing / meeting software, Calendar booking, payment processing & social media interactions. These providers are all subject to their own terms and conditions & privacy policies. While we have carefully chosen the providers that we use, Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment makes no guarantees or accepts liability on behalf of these third-party providers, in relation to how they deliver their services, process, or store your data. Should you have any concerns relating to the use of third parties, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will direct you to their individual contact information.

All designs / products / features / services / images & marketing material relating to such products / features / services are protected by Copyright Law and remain the sole Intellectual Property of Spirit Journey Healing / Spirit Journey of Enlightenment. They may not be copied or reproduced in any format without the Owner’s prior written consent.
